"Light From the Window"

at the Bonsack Gallery, October 26 - November 27, 2012

This exhibit of 34 photographs and related ceramic vessels explores the relationship

between photography and clay. The images draw inspiration from a series of

free-form, hand-built vessels, both smoke-fired and porcelain white.

Figure and landscape influence these completely unmanipulated photographs,

utilizing only the sun to highlight atmosphere and form through

through shadow and light from the window.
